Face Your Stress Head On – It’s Trying To Tell You Something

In the last week six of the clients I have worked with have come to me with stress related issues.
Six.
And it confirmed something I have been feeling for a while now. Stress is rising in our collective field.

We often think stress comes from work or pressure to earn money or feeling like we are falling behind. But the deeper truth is this.
Stress begins in the mind and in the energy our thoughts are running on.
When the internal system is overwhelmed or fearful or constantly anticipating the next problem the body will always reflect that energy back to us.

This is why it is so important to understand the root cause rather than just soothing the symptoms. Ayurveda explains this beautifully through the six stages of disease which show how imbalance builds long before anything becomes physical.

Here is how stress moves through us

  1. Accumulation

This is the first whisper.
A little tension a little bloating a busy mind a heavy chest.
Your body saying something is beginning to build.

  1. Aggravation

Now the imbalance grows.
You feel more reactive more tired digestion feels off your sleep changes.
Most people tell themselves it is just a phase.

  1. Overflow

The stress becomes too much for one area of the body and spills into others.
Mood shifts skin changes cravings inflammation.
A gentle yellow flag from your system.

  1. Relocation

The imbalance moves somewhere new.
Hormones joints immunity gut health.
This is the moment many women say I do not feel like myself anymore.

  1. Manifestation

A pattern becomes a more obvious issue.
Anxiety chronic fatigue hormonal symptoms digestive distress.
This is your body speaking clearly asking you to listen.

  1. Complication

If ignored imbalance becomes a deeper condition.
But here is the hopeful part.
Healing unwinds in the exact reverse order it began.
Your body never gives up on you. It always knows the way home.

If you are feeling stressed please know nothing is wrong with you.
Your body is communicating with extraordinary intelligence.
When you shift the mindset and the energy beneath your thoughts your physical symptoms begin to soften too.
