Eventually, my body and soul said enough. Burnout became my wake-up call. That moment marked the beginning of everything changing.
Through deep inner work, nervous system healing, and spiritual practice, I began to understand that anxiety was not who I was. It was a learned survival response living in my body and subconscious. As I gently released what I had been carrying, I reclaimed my power. I moved from victimhood into self-leadership. I became the creator of my life. And in doing so, I learned the most important truth of all. Calm is power. Safety lives within. And real love starts from the inside out.
Today, with my lived experience and the tools I’ve gathered, I support others in healing anxiety at its roots, regulating the nervous system, releasing old patterns, and stepping into calm, confidence, and embodied self-worth and coming home to their natural state.
Life is just one thing. Truly unconditionally loving all parts of yourself, even the parts you were taught to dislike, and now I get to help others find that connection to that self-love within themselves.
From Victim to Creator
My story began in loss and survival. It is now rooted in love, calm, and inner power.
When I was five years old, my dad died, and the world no longer felt safe. My mum remarried a much younger man, and our home became emotionally volatile, filled with arguments, betrayal, and instability. I learned early how to stay alert, quiet, and careful. I grew up walking on eggshells.
That environment shaped my nervous system. I became anxious, hyper-aware, and scared of getting things wrong, scared it wasn't going to be okay and unaware that I was living in fear most days. So I shrank myself. I learned to read the room before I spoke. I worked hard to be good, pleasing, and invisible, believing love was something to earn rather than receive.
As I got older, anxiety, panic, and overthinking became my baseline. I did everything I could to prove my worth. I overworked, overgave, and overfunctioned in every area of my life. This pattern showed up not only in relationships but also in my career. Over a 17-year career in television, I was highly successful by being capable and dependable, while quietly living under a constant internal pressure and nervous-system activation.
Without realising it, I kept recreating what felt familiar. I attracted emotionally unavailable and unhealthy relationships. I stayed silent too often, searching outside myself for safety, validation, and reassurance.
I was living in wounded Princess energy, waiting to be chosen or saved, and I kept attracting wounded Princes who mirrored that pattern back to me. I was stuck in cycles of proving, fixing, and performing. Eventually, my body and soul said enough. Burnout became my wake-up call.

I integrated the wounded feminine, the part of me afraid to rest, speak, or receive, and cultivated the healthy masculine within me, the part that creates safety, sets boundaries, and leads with clarity. I took others off the pedestal. I stopped waiting to be saved. I moved from victimhood into self-leadership. I became the creator of my life.
And in doing so, I learned the most important truth of all.

Combining mindset Coaching, Energy Medicine sessions and hypnotherapy, I guide you to integrate and dissolve old trauma, release overthinking stress and anxiety, and come home to yourself.
This work isn’t surface-level. We go to the root. Together we untangle the past, set powerful new boundaries, and rewrite how you show up in the world, anchored in confidence, clarity, and peace.
