I know there are so many layers to the mind and I continue my own work daily, and I know that growth is an ongoing process.
That’s why I invest in myself—I work with a spiritual coach and a professional coach every week, I have a mentor and surround myself with people who inspire me and help me to be the best version of myself because I believe that to keep evolving, I need guidance from those who are one or ten steps ahead of me. And that knowledge, that energy, gets filtered down to the people I help through my work.
Life is just one thing. Truly unconditionally love who you are, and now that I’m aligned with myself, I feel free to help others find that connection to that self-love within themselves.
I’ve never lived a conventional life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My journey has been shaped by loss, resilience, and an unshakable passion for understanding the mind. When I was five, my dad died, and at 12, my adopted stepdad left. I watched my mum work three jobs to keep our home, learning early about survival and the pitfalls of people-pleasing and burnout.
As a TV Producer, I worked on major shows across Australia, South Africa, the UK, and New Zealand, interviewing thousands of people. Every story deepened my desire to break free from my own limitations. That curiosity led me to study with world-leading therapists, coaches, and hypnotherapists, training in yoga, meditation, coaching, and hypnotherapy to heal myself and help others.
As their rock and a bit of a prankster!
Now, I help people redesign their lives through The Mindset Redesign, a powerful method combining hypnotherapy, NLP, meditation, breathwork, and CBT. Clients launch businesses, increase profits, find love, and, most importantly, gain deep self-confidence in wealth, health, and relationships.
I also write books, host Becoming Your Warrior, and support participants on Alone Australia as their Wellness Carer. My life is now filled with movement, deep friendships, and self-growth. I work with my own coaches weekly because growth never stops, and what I learn, I pass on.
