For most of my life, I carried an invisible weight. The subtle yet constant feeling that something was wrong with me. I couldn’t name it, but it lived in the background like a quiet hum.
It showed up as self-doubt, people-pleasing, overachieving, and that exhausting inner dialogue that whispered, you’re not enough yet… just do more, fix more, be more.
Sound familiar?
Through my own inner work and through years of studying with teachers like Peter Crone, I came to realise something revolutionary:
There was never anything wrong with me.
There was only conditioning.
Conditioning that taught me to believe love was something I had to earn.
Conditioning that taught me to seek safety through control, performance, or perfection.
Conditioning that said, “You’ll be okay when…”
But who we are underneath the layers is already whole, already worthy, already enough.
When Peter Crone says, “You are not a mistake; you’re just living inside of a misunderstanding,” it lands deeply because it speaks to this truth.
The misunderstanding is that our pain, our trauma, or our patterns somehow make us broken.
But what if those experiences were simply the curriculum of our evolution?
What if the very things you’ve judged in yourself, your sensitivity, your mistakes, your fears, were actually the doorway to awakening?
In my own work, I often guide clients to meet these parts of themselves with love instead of judgment.
Because healing isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering.
It’s about removing the layers of shame, guilt, and self-blame until all that’s left is the truth:
You were never broken.
When you stop trying to fix yourself, you begin to meet yourself.
And from that meeting, real transformation begins.
Your energy shifts.
Your relationships soften.
Your body relaxes.
And life starts to mirror that wholeness back to you.
Because when you truly believe there’s nothing wrong with you, you stop seeking love and start being love.
If this message speaks to you, I recorded a podcast episode that dives even deeper into this truth, exploring the spiritual, psychological, and energetic layers of “There’s Nothing Wrong With You.”
Take a listen here:
As you listen, let this reminder land in your body.
You don’t need to earn your worth.
You don’t need to fix what was never broken.
You are love remembering itself.
You are already whole.
With Love,
Em x
