I’m grateful to have you here!

Taking the first step to change your life is one of the bravest steps.

I know from personal experience that we can spend months and sometimes even years feeling incredibly lost, disconnected, and fumbling around, trying to find the right person to talk to and not understanding what’s going on within us. We can also feel incredibly blocked and frustrated and fall into the comparison trap where we look at other people and how they are ‘so far ahead’

By being here, I hope you know you’re incredibly welcome; this is a safe space, and you allow yourself to feel the real meaning of the word Home.

Now you’re here, I’d love you to know a few things:

1. Whatever you want in your life, it’s 100% possible.

2. The only limitations on you, are the ones that you put on yourself

2. You don’t need money to learn and grow. I offer many resources through YouTube, podcasts, and blogs that exist entirely to help get you started (links at the bottom of this page)

3. When you are ready to clear out emotional blocks, fears, and anxieties that’s what I’m here for. Working on one helps me to go to the root of whatever block you’re experiencing whether it’s with finances and wealth, health, or relationships.

4. You’re not meant to do ‘this life’ alone. Lean on others and seek out people who are further ahead of you so you can learn from them. There’s nothing to fear by reaching out and asking for help

5. Removing blocks and changing your mindset is the no.1 tool to expanding your life and stepping into the 2.0 version of yourself.

So here’s my gentle directions to get you started:

Meet Your Host, Emma Ritchie

Rapid Transormational Therapy (RTT) changed my life. Back in 2017, I wasn’t in a good head space at all. Several events happened back to back, leading me into a pretty dark place. I was waking up gasping for air, filled with anxious thoughts, feeling insecure, full of self-doubt, and massively lacking self-esteem. I knew I had to get myself out of this and fast!

I threw myself into various therapies but returned to reliving and thinking about what had happened. Not moving on from what had happened.

That’s when I found RTT, and after one session, I felt like I was finally wide awake in the present moment again. I walked out of that session feeling confident, high, excited, and very present. I also knew that I had to learn everything I could about RTT and use it to help others wake up and dive back into thriving in life again.
