“Becoming Magnetic: Shine Like the Sun”

12/12/2023

Hey, there beauty,

Today, let’s delve into the magic of being energetically magnetic. So magnetic, you attract all the things you want in life, so you don’t lose yourself whether you’re in or out of a relationship.

Picture our incredible Sun – a ball of absolute magnetic energy holding all the planets of our universe in alignment together. The sun’s axis (the straight line through and the sun’s angle) is steadfast. If the axis of the Sun were changing, then all of the planets would be in chaos. They would not be held by the Sun’s magnetic pull.

Now, imagine you are the sun. Your axis, your lifeline, is built on the things you love, your values, how you show up each day, how you hold yourself, how you let people talk to or treat you, and the types of people you spend time with. As the Sun, everything dictates what you attract and magnetise into your life.

If you have situations, people, worries, and disharmony in your life, then there’s a good chance that something within your energetic or emotional field is magnetising this and can be changed so you can come into alignment and start magnetising what you want instead.

Hold your axis by living a life aligned with your passions. Practice self-love, set boundaries, and nurture yourself. As you do this, you’ll naturally attract people who resonate with your energy. Your magnetic force becomes a beacon for those who appreciate your authenticity.

Being magnetic means holding yourself like the sun, not seeking validation from others. It’s about setting boundaries when needed, even if some may step out of your orbit. When you stand firm in your integrity, you radiate a magnetic energy that draws the right people and opportunities toward you.

This journey is a practice. Small steps lead to growing self-esteem, self-worth, and self-love. It’s a ripple effect that starts with embracing who you are. If you’re unsure of your true self, that’s okay – it’s what this journey is all about.

List the things you love and examine what’s holding you back. Remember, self-worth is about recognizing your value on this planet. For example, I once hesitated to go surfing because of a few extra kilos. When I wrote down the reasons, it wasn’t about weight but fear of judgment. Instead of being the Sun, loving myself, and focusing on the things that make me happy, I dropped the love for myself and stopped being magnetic and confident in myself.

Being magnetic is about authenticity, forgetting comparisons, and not caring about others’ opinions. Write that list of things you love, be true to yourself, and let your magnetic energy shine. The more you align with your passions, the more you’ll attract positivity into your life.

So, be the sun, radiate light, stay true to yourself, and let your magnetic energy draw in the beauty of life.

Shine on,

Em xx

Hi, I'm Emma Ritchie

For years, I struggled with low self-worth, self-doubt, and a deep disconnection from who I truly was. I wore the mask, played the roles, and did what I thought I should do—but inside, I felt lost. It wasn’t until I turned inward and began healing the relationship I had with myself that everything changed.

Real transformation starts when you work at the level of your energy, emotions, and mind—because only then can your behaviours shift and your outer world reflect your inner truth.

Today, my greatest passion is helping others do the same. I support people to integrate all parts of themselves—the light, the shadow, the wounds, the wisdom—and to dissolve the layers of judgement, shame, and not-enoughness that keep them small.

When you shift how you relate to yourself, everything begins to align.
You step into confidence, clarity, and calm—inside and out.
You stop waiting for permission and start creating the life you were born to live.
You call back your power.
You remember who you truly are.
