Transforming Negative Thoughts: Your Path to Unshakeable Confidence

Life’s journey isn’t always a walk in the park, and sometimes, those negative thoughts can sneak up on us. When repeated over and over negative thinking ALWAYS leads to negative beliefs about ourselves.

This is why it’s so important to recognise negative throughs when we are having them, naming them or the emotion attached to them and then releasing them. The alternative is a life filled with limited thinking and beliefs that hold us back from attracting what we want in life.

Negative thoughts hold a unique kind of sway over us. They have the potential to shape our beliefs, influencing how we perceive ourselves and the world around us. As I’ve shared before, repetition solidifies these thoughts into beliefs, which ultimately dictate our behavior. So, what happens when those thoughts take a darker turn?

In the episode link below, I share a technique that has the potential to be a game-changer. It’s a simple yet powerful approach suggested by the the spiritual healer, Teal Swan— her method to breaking negative thoughts is to say it out loud. Verbalizing your negative thoughts into reality and saying it out loud interrupts the cycle, creating a moment to pause and reassess.

Imagine, for a moment, the impact of breaking free from the relentless cycle of self-deprecation. Whether it’s about our bodies, careers, or parenting skills, the key lies in disrupting the pattern. By vocalizing these thoughts, we shine a light on them, preventing them from lurking in the shadows of our minds.

Now, here’s where the real magic happens. After acknowledging the negative thought, replace it with a positive affirmation. If you’ve been telling yourself your body is not attractive, counteract it by acknowledging its incredible abilities instead i.e my skin on my body protects me from harmful particles in the air, my legs help me to get to where I need to be everyday, my hands help me to write letters to loved ones or to draw, paint or create. When you add a positive thought in you allow yourself gratitude for what you do have and this allows more positive thoughts to link on to the back fo the last thought.

Choose new thoughts on repeat and these will lead to new beliefs. Affirm your worthiness. Embrace the process of change with patience and excitement. Break free from the shackles of negative thinking, and watch as your mindset transforms, positively influencing every aspect of your life.

Rapid Transormational Therapy (RTT) changed my life. Back in 2017, I wasn’t in a good head space at all. Several events happened back to back, leading me into a pretty dark place. I was waking up gasping for air, filled with anxious thoughts, feeling insecure, full of self-doubt, and massively lacking self-esteem. I knew I had to get myself out of this and fast!

I threw myself into various therapies but returned to reliving and thinking about what had happened. Not moving on from what had happened.

That’s when I found RTT, and after one session, I felt like I was finally wide awake in the present moment again. I walked out of that session feeling confident, high, excited, and very present. I also knew that I had to learn everything I could about RTT and use it to help others wake up and dive back into thriving in life again.


So why RTT? This was my experience - and it honestly changed my life.
